Our
Story
Founder’s Note from Drew
On the 1st of August 2023, I picked up the keys to what would become Karve’s first workshop — a space I’d visualised for years. That same day, everything shifted.
While working on-site, I had a serious fall. It was a tough setback: two brain bleeds, multiple fractures, and a long road to recovery.
But recovery brought clarity. After years building up Bespoke Spray Shop — a business rooted in finish and finesse — I realised it was time to evolve.
Karve is that next step. It builds on everything I’ve learned, combining my background in art, carpentry, and surface finishing with the precision of CNC.
Now, Karve exists to support makers: joiners, designers, architects, and fabricators who need reliable, high-quality CNC parts and components — cut clean, delivered ready, and made to fit.
At the same time, we’re proud to continue offering Bespoke Spray Shop services. It remains a core part of what we do — helping homeowners transform kitchens and furniture with bold, lasting spray finishes. That commitment hasn’t changed.
