About Karve

Karve is a CNC machining studio supporting joiners, carpenters, designers and interior fit-out teams across South Wales. We provide accurate CNC cutting from customer-supplied drawings and files — producing clean, consistent parts that slot straight into your workshop and installation workflow.

Whether you need one-off components, templates, or repeat trade runs,

Karve offers reliable CNC capacity without the overhead of running your own machine.

Built for trade workflows

We understand how joinery jobs run — deadlines, accuracy, repeatability and tidy handover matter. Our process is designed to stay simple and dependable: you send your drawings or files, we confirm the details, then machine parts ready for collection or delivery.

We focus on doing one thing well: turning your specification into clean, precise CNC-cut parts — consistently.

What we do

Karve specialises in CNC sheet cutting for joinery and interiors, including profiling, cut-outs, pockets, rebates, grooves and templates. We work from DXF/DWG files wherever possible, but we can also convert dimensioned drawings into cut-ready CNC files.

If you’re unsure what to send, share what you have — we’ll advise on the quickest route to a machinable file.

Drawing-to-file conversion

Not every project starts with CAD files. If you have a PDF, a sketch, or dimensioned drawings, we can convert these into CNC-ready files for machining.

We’re careful to keep this service straightforward and trade-friendly: we convert your specified dimensions into a machinable file, confirm any missing details, and then cut the parts accurately.

Our approach

  • Accuracy first — consistent output and clean cutting quality

  • Clear communication — simple quoting and confirmed lead times

  • Repeatable results — ideal for ongoing trade partners and small production runs

  • Practical handover — parts cut and ready for finishing and install
